Hello. I'm the main developer in Doomcat Studios, as well as the founder of the dev group. If you want to support my RPG project, gunventure, there is an itch.io page for it. The page is published by Doomcat Studios. I like to make music. My best song is Nothing Left, available on my Youtube channel.
I think that if you wanted a fun, reliable game, even if challenging, you should play Gunventure. BitGrind is currently not stable. At least I think so, I may have gotten it working and forgot to update my profile. My YouTube channel is Codecat1.
ABOUT ME
Hello. I started my coding journey in 5th grade. The coding platform I started on was Microsoft Makecode, a block coding website for beginners. I didn't really learn a lot from that, and I got bored of how restrictive it was by the time I got to 7th grade. When I found MicroStudio, it took a little bit to learn how to code effectively. My first project in MicroStudio was Gunventure, as you could tell from looking at the way it was coded. I've gotten a lot better from the experience that a year of text-based coding gave me, as well as the supportive community members teaching me how to code in this engine's language.
Right now, I work on Gunventure a little from time to time, but as of March 3rd, 2026, I'm working on a game called iron fist, which is a beat 'em up style game. Levi_ and Rylotox are helping, and their characters are in the game. I decided to take a break from BitGrind, because I simply CANNOT figure out why it won't progress past wave 3. My life is going pretty well right now. I really wish that more people knew about Gunventure, because I think it's actually pretty cool. If you could show your friends Gunventure, and ask them if they could share it with others, that would help a LOT.
I founded Doomcat Studios, my game dev. company. Overall, I'd say that the hardest challenge for me is focusing on a project until I get it to a stable state. It's not as hard as it used to be, now that I can make the things that I want to. I would like to thank everyone reading this for supporting me, even a little. Other than that, Gunventure has received a few major updates. The game's main theme was changed, and a MUCH better tutorial was added.
